The Cascais Rebirth is now officially confirmed for 2–5 September 2027 at the beautiful Longevity Senses Hotel on the Portuguese coast.

Letting go does not always mean that something went wrong.

Sometimes a relationship, identity, commitment or dream has simply completed the purpose it once held within your life.

You can honour the woman who said yes without requiring her answer to remain yours forever.

You can appreciate what carried you here without asking it to accompany you into every chapter ahead.

This is one of the deeper expressions of Heart Expansion.

Not forcing yourself to release before you are ready but becoming honest about what your Living Heart no longer needs to sustain.

Place one hand upon your heart and ask:

What am I continuing from loyalty to the past rather than love for the woman I am now?

You do not need to force an immediate answer.

Let the question create space.

This is the work I hold through Heartology®: helping a woman honour every chapter of her life while gently releasing the identities and patterns that no longer reflect who she is becoming. 🤍

I love intensity, depth and I am always a natural and curious learner first and foremost. This is what drives me to be more, experience more and serve more. It’s my why.

And underneath all of that, my motivation is to beautify the inner worlds of those around me. To release all the emotions that keep us stuck. Whether that be fear, phobias, lack, uncertainty, anger, grief. Whatever the root cause may be, we will unlock it together and allow your life to flow with ease and grace so that you can live a full and prosperous life that is overflowing abundantly with all that you wish to experience. We are the co-creators of our life.

Create the Courage to be Fearless · Episode

You can love someone and still question what they offer you.

You can honour their wisdom without making them the authority over your own life.

You can feel gratitude for all you have received and still notice when something no longer feels congruent.

Many women were taught that belonging depends upon agreement.

Be easy.

Be grateful.

Do not challenge the person you respect.

Do not disrupt the harmony of the group.

Yet true belonging does not require the silencing of your discernment.

The Living Heart is receptive but it is not unquestioning.

It listens.

It feels.

It considers.

And it remains sovereign.

Discernment is not about assuming you are always right or making another person wrong. It is your willingness to remain intimately connected to yourself while deciding what you will welcome into your inner world.

A teacher, healer, coach or leader may illuminate part of your path.

They should never require you to abandon your own inner authority to follow theirs.

You are allowed to pause.

You are allowed to question.

You are allowed to say, This part resonates with me and this part does not.

That is not disloyalty.

That is congruence.

This is the consciousness I hold through Heartology®: a woman’s power does not belong to me. Another wonderful catch-up with these beautiful souls and and of course, little Teddy 🐾🤍

Real women.
Real stories.
Genuine connection.

No masks. No pretending that everything is wonderful all of the time. Just space to walk, talk, feel, laugh, share and be.

One of the places our conversation took us today was sadness and grief — and what can sometimes sit underneath them.

What I call sacred rage or righteous anger.

The anger that comes when we begin to recognise how many of the structures and systems we have inherited were never really designed for human beings to thrive within them.

We spoke about patriarchal systems. About women. Men. Families. The pressures we have normalised. The ways we have learned to override ourselves simply to keep functioning within structures that can feel so far removed from our natural rhythms.

And all the while, nature was surrounding us.

Trees towering above us.
Mushrooms emerging from the earth.
Birdsong.
Swans gliding across the loch.
Water. Wind. Earth. Life. 🌿

It felt like a beautiful symphony enfolding our conversation.

Nothing needing to be fixed.
Nothing needing to be pushed away.

Just witnessed. Felt. Allowed.

And somehow, as we walked, nature seemed to take it all — the sadness, the grief, the anger — and gently transmute it. Alchemising it back into something softer.

Back into beauty.
Back into connection.
Back into love.

Perhaps this is part of what we have forgotten.

We were never meant to process everything alone, sitting inside four walls.

Sometimes we need other humans.
Sometimes we need to move our bodies.
Sometimes we need the trees, the water, the birds and the earth to remind us that we belong to something much bigger.

And apparently, sometimes a good walk around Loch Leven with beautiful women and a little dog is enough.

No screaming in the forest required. 😂🌳🤍

Heartology® was never simply a clever name.

It is my life story in a brand.

I’ve realised that Heartology® wasn’t something I consciously created. It was birthed through me - life working through me, weaving together everything I had lived, learned, lost, remembered and embodied.

I spent much of my life being capable, responsible and successful, while my deepest transformation came through learning to listen to, trust and live from the intelligence of my own heart.

Heartology® is the wisdom born from that journey, created to help women return to themselves and create lives that feel as beautiful within as they may already look from the outside.

I have faced near death more than once but I also know you don’t need a near-death experience to truly live.

Sometimes the initiation is a loss, a longing, a change we didn’t choose or a truth we can no longer ignore.

These experiences can become doorways back to ourselves.

Knowledge is something we understand.

Wisdom is knowledge that has travelled through us, transformed us and changed the way we live.

We no longer simply know it.

We embody it.

That is Heartology® - my story, my wisdom and my life’s work, birthed through me but never meant only for me. 🤍

Today I travelled to Brewhemia in Edinburgh to meet Tanya of and many of the wonderful businesswomen who will be taking part in her International Women’s Day 2027 celebration.

Over coffee and conversation, we each had the opportunity to share a little about ourselves, our stories and the work we bring into the world.

I loved hearing about the women, the businesses and the stories behind them. There was such a warm, welcoming energy in the room and a genuine interest in one another, with no hard selling or pushy energy. Just women connecting, encouraging one another and beginning what I feel will become some beautiful relationships.

Whenever I share my work with a new audience, it reconnects me with my why.

As I spoke today, the faces of so many of the women and men I have supported came into my mind. The people who arrived feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lost, disconnected from themselves or unable to see a way forward and the shifts I have witnessed as they began to feel lighter, safer, more confident and able to trust themselves and life again.

It reminded me that this work isn’t simply something I speak about. It is something I have lived, embodied and witnessed transform lives.

I was welcomed so warmly today and received such lovely comments about what I shared and the work I do. It reminded me of the power of being together in person because people don’t only hear my words; they feel my energy, my heart and the intention behind them.

After meeting some of the incredible women involved, I’m now even more excited to be part of what promises to be a truly special afternoon.
