✅ The kit you’ll need
✅ Uphill and downhill running techniques
✅ How to tackle a variety of terrains
✅ Building confidence on the trails
Details:
Date: Starts on September 3, and runs for 8 weeks
Cost: £60.00 for eight-week course
Times: Meeting place will vary but sessions will always be on a Thurday evening, starting at 6:30pm and finishing at 7:30pm
