First tour post of the summer holidays!
Here is Smudge at the top of the golden cap (627 feet above sea level!) Part way through a 17.5 mile walk!

It’s great to see the boys showing off their manor colours!

A really high quality session this morning.

The focus on passing and positive first touches. Passing is never a popular session at this age but everyone settled into the session, bought into it and gave 100%. I was really impressed with the passing and movement. A great outcome to bring out first block of training to an end.

High quality all round today but one person in particular got their head down, put 100% into all of their passing and pressing.

At Manor FC U8s, we believe football is about so much more than just the scoreline. Our philosophy is simple: we want every single child to step onto the pitch, have fun, make memories, and fall in love with the game!

While we are always working hard in training to build fundamental skills and understand the game, our ultimate goal is seeing those smiles and high fives. We measure our success in effort, not results.

We want our players to bring high energy to every training session and match, while learning to appreciate the impact of their attitude and actions on teammates. Supporting each other, lifting each other up, and working together are skills that start on the pitch but build character for all areas of life!
Being a team is about so much more than just a group of individuals wearing the same shirt.
