TRA FC

Due to our opponents dropping out of our final league game this Sunday, we have arranged a fixture against our friends TRA FC .

This will allow us to play our first game since our player Matt sadly passed away and give us the chance to honour his memory by observing a minutes silence and also by wearing our custom made black armbands featuring his initials.

We will be presented with our trophies at the game, the Jack Stone Cup and also the Hyde, Oldham & District Sunday League Division 2 title. We as a club will be dedicating these trophies to the memory of Matt ❤️🖤

And also massive thanks to TRA FC for arranging a fixture with us at such short notice.

The match will be played at Whalley Range FC on Sunday 31st May , with a 10:30am Kick Off. There will be hot food and drinks available to purchase and the bar will also be open serving alcoholic drinks.

It would be wonderful to see people make the trip down to watch the game and it should be a cracking match between 2 good sides.

Next up is our 2nd semi final this season and we hope to make it a 2nd final like we did a few weeks ago 💪

This will be our toughest game of the season vs Didsbury who have a perfect record in the division above us. Come and support us in trying to create a cup upset and secure our 2nd final 🇾🇪

A busy May schedule!

In a month with 4 wins and 26 team goals spread across 11 scorers, player of the month could have been a tough choice!

Honourable mentions to with 5 goals 1 assist and with 2 goals 6 assists, but is a deserving winner with 3 goals 5 assists and 3 MOTM performances from 4 appearances in centre midfield 🔥

A huge month to end our first season as a team with a hectic 9 fixtures, most of which are at home with 1 neutral venue and 2 midweek aways.

We would love to add a 2nd final to this list but we have the biggest obstacle of all first up in Didsbury. They have a perfect record in the division above us but we’ll be there to try and cause an upset!

Huge cup quarter final and semi final fixtures to kick off April, with all 4 games being away from home. We’re on a run of 9 wins in a row. Fingers crossed we can carry this form into the business end of the season!

2 games in March counting towards this. Honourable mentions to with 4 goals, a rock in his recent position change and .townley18 brilliant in between the sticks….but we’ve given it to who has been running games from CM since joining in January, coinciding with our winning run.
