✨ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱! 🏳️‍⚧️🌈

I’m so proud to have been one of this year’s sponsors of Sparkle - The National Transgender Charity and to have been part of such an important event. Seeing the community come together to celebrate, support one another and create such a welcoming space is exactly what Pride is all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, every volunteer who gave their time, the organisers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, the performers who kept the energy high, and everyone who helped make the weekend such a success. Events like this don’t happen without an amazing community.

It was also lovely to spend some time with the fabulous Aunty Ginger 🧡

Here’s to continuing to champion inclusion, visibility and creating safe spaces for everyone, both inside and outside the gym.

Thanks to Canal Street, Manchester Canal St Card for the photo ❤️💪❤️

Three years ago, just turning up. 💪

Looking back at this photo reminds me that real progress doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up, even when you don’t feel like it.

Fitness isn’t a sprint to the finish line. It’s a journey of small decisions that add up over weeks, months and years. Some sessions feel amazing, others feel like a struggle, but every workout is another step forward.

If you’re waiting for the “perfect” time to start, don’t. Start where you are, stay consistent, and trust the process. The results will follow.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve your confidence or simply feel healthier, consistency will always beat chasing quick fixes.

If you’re looking for a Personal Trainer in Manchester, I’d love to help you build habits that actually last, not just for a few weeks, but for the long term.

When a client thinks they can’t train… but I’ve already got Plan B, C and D ready. 🤣

One of the biggest benefits of having a personal trainer isn’t having someone who expects you to be perfect. It’s having someone who knows how to adapt.

Feeling tired? We’ll adjust the intensity.

An exercise doesn’t feel right? We’ll swap it.

The gym’s busy? We’ll change the plan.

Life happens, and every session doesn’t have to look the same. The goal is to keep moving forward in a way that works for you, not to force you through the same workout regardless.

That’s what personal training is all about. Finding solutions, keeping you accountable and helping you stay consistent, even when things don’t go exactly to plan.

This is the thanks I get for making people lift heavier 😂💪

I know it doesn’t always feel like it in the moment, but if I’m increasing the weight, it’s because you’re getting stronger.

My job isn’t just to count reps. It’s to help you build strength, confidence and keep moving towards your goals. Sometimes that means a heavier kettlebell, an extra rep, or encouraging you to do something you didn’t think you could do.

The truth is, progressive overload is one of the biggest drivers of results. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, fitness or confidence, eventually that weight has to go up!

So if I get the occasional obscenity shouted at me, I’ll take it as a sign we’re making progress 🤣

When your client sends a voice note the day after leg day… 😂

I promise I don’t enjoy your suffering.

I just know you’re capable of more than you think.

A little challenge creates progress.
A little soreness creates drama. 😅

In all seriousness, this is what working with a personal trainer is all about. The goal isn’t to destroy you. It’s to help you build strength, improve fitness and grow your confidence in the gym at a pace that’s right for you.

Whether you’re completely new to training or looking to take things to the next level, having the right support can make all the difference.

🌈 Still smiling after an incredible weekend at Blackpool Pride Festival

As many of you know, supporting the LGBTQ+ community is something that sits at the heart of my business, so being an official sponsor of this year’s event meant a lot to me.

A massive thank you to the organisers, volunteers, performers, businesses and everyone who attended. Events like this don’t happen without a huge amount of hard work and dedication.

It was an honour to support the event and further honour to perform on stage in front of such an amazing crowd.

Until next year, Blackpool Pride ❤️🌈

🌈 What an incredible weekend at the Rainbow Quarter Street Party 2026

A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising such a fantastic community event and to all of the LGBTQ+ venues, hotels, bars, businesses, performers and volunteers who helped bring the Rainbow Quarter to life throughout Pride weekend.

It was amazing to see so many people celebrating together, supporting local businesses and showing exactly what makes our community so special.

As a proud LGBTQ+ business owner, it was an honour to be part of the celebrations and support an event that was truly built by the community, for the community. ❤️🏳️‍🌈

To everyone who stopped for a chat, took photos together, showed support and made the weekend so memorable, thank you.

Special shout out for the boys at Rendezvous Bar & Rooms for the accommodation ❤️

Already looking forward to next year.
