Another fantastic success story to bring you today 💥
Riley Campbell, an u13 Centre Back, has signed last week for Sheffield Wednesday’s academy 👊
Riley attended a couple of trials with Pro11, and always attracted club interest. He was first spotted by Finlay Derbyshire from SWFC at our event in Leeds last November, and was brought in for trial in April 2026.
We got the good news earlier this month that he’d been offered a 2 year contract!
His parents kindly sent us the picture below, saying ‘thank you for starting this journey for him.’
Riley we are delighted to be a part of your story and wish you all the best for the new season and your footballing future 👍⚽️

Durham, we are coming back!
On 12th September we’re returning to Durham for a further showcase for players from the North East 😀
