Wanted to share a hot topic we speak about inside the 👇🏼
YOU ARE ALWAYS IN CONTROL
Life is going to throw curveballs at you, stop expecting anything less
Change your mindset and beliefs to 👉🏼 Every challenge is life handing you a test
How do you work through it?
Do you crumble? And go “too hard, I’ll wait for it pass”
Or do you take the opportunity by the hand and say “I’m still moving forward”
Because every time you do that, you develop a higher mental resilience
Which takes you through the next big challenge coming your way!
We all have demands and expectations
But letting excuses get the better of you serve you NO PURPOSE
Focus on the things you do have control of and ignore anything else!

👉🏼 How you train
👉🏼 How you sleep
And by the way, whilst we’re here, if you tell me you don’t always have control of your food, then you’re lying to yourself… you make the decision of what goes in your mouth and how you want to fuel your body, it’s always your choice…
It’s all too easy to find the reason why you can’t do something and in my opinion, that very mindset is keeping you stuck
We’ve moved our lives across continents but it’s not stopped the way we show up for ourselves with our health, our fitness, our nutrition, our sleep…
Stop striving for perfection (because it will never come) and just do!
