We are Holistic International Festival of Yoga and for the past 3 years have held yoga festivals in Manchester. The joy-full weekend is a celebration of yoga, meditation, life, community and holistic living. With an east meets west energy running through the festival, Holistic hopes to unite ancient knowledge with passion.

A task easier said than done. Imagine a place where every moment and every thought was weight against your soul and you were aware of how that operated through your body.

There are so many of us, who are locked in this place and we don’t have an acceptable enough language to explain this state or tell the significant others in your life, which way is up. It’s still a shared plight whether all of us live in that awareness or not.

Do we notice the things around us as they change. I just chanced on a completely new notion called COUNTERFEEL.

Clearly I was searching for something familiar, and fell upon a new kind of feeling, COUNTERFEEL. Also it still comes as wrong spelling, but google thinks its explainable
