And just like that, the very first Hacker Cup has come to an end! ⛳️
Heaton Hackers took on the Heath Hackers from Dallas, Texas, in a fantastic Ryder Cup-style competition, with Heaton Moor Golf Club proud to host this unforgettable three-day event.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support, creating such an incredible atmosphere throughout the tournament. To both teams – thank you for your sportsmanship, kindness, and for making the event so much fun both on and off the course.
And finally, a massive thank you to all of our staff. Your hard work behind the scenes ensured everything ran smoothly, and this event simply wouldn't have been possible without you.
Here's to the first Hacker Cup – and hopefully many more to come! 🏌️🏆
🍽️ Carvery Update — This Sunday
A quick heads-up for anyone already planning their Sunday: our carvery is cancelled this Sunday (28th June) due to a staffing conflict. Apologies to all the regulars who'd cleared a space in their belly and on their plate for it.
The good news? South Manchester's number one carvery will be back as normal on Sunday 5th July 🥩
Normal service resumes — same roast, same trimmings, same amazing taste and value. Thanks for your patience, and we'll see you the week after for a family feast🦃
