A day to reflect how far women have come. To reflect on our privileges and all the women who fought to be where we are now. And also a day to think, consider and discuss how far we still have to go.

May we all continue to embrace each person's individuality and allow and support eachother to reach our dreams, goals and maximum potential, regardless of gender, race or background 💛

Oh, hey there! Caught me casually doing yoga.. 😂

The other day I felt so pretty when I got all dressed up and that alone called for a photoshoot 📸

Who remembers what it was like to go outside in the warmth?

Of course winter has it's benefits of hot drinks, Christmas and the occasional snowfall but I cannot wait to go outside in the heat, enjoy the longer days, sunbathe and be able to do yoga in parks again🤸‍♀️🌻(and hopefully less Covid)🤞

Moments like this happen to us all but I am infinitely grateful for my wonderful, healthy body.
It's always worth remembering that it's your only forever home, so defanitely worth appreciating, loving and looking after 🧡
