Saturday Runners / Walkers 👏🏼
No pressure, but we love it when people push themselves and join our 8.35am mid camp 1.5/3km 🏃🏃♀️🏃♂️
is going into week 5 next week, which means next camp starts 22nd Sept, sooooooo you have a choice, do you want to join the best Team in the whole wide world 😂 or do you want to be lazy and stay in bed 😴🛌

MIDWEEK ✅
Another week completed by the team 👏🏼
4 weeks done, 2 to go as I thrown in a bonus week for FREE!
Absolutely love seeing people smash camp, do more, and reap the rewards.
All this for £85 🤩
5 weeks of structured workouts, calories set, measurements taken before and after camp, and me and Colette as your coaches 💪🏼

Sunday well spent 🙏🏼
Gym early doors and then a nice walk up to Hare and Hounds for some dinner with Colette, Izzie + Buddy 🐶
Little chill now and then off to the gym again with Izzie 💪🏼

No, I have productive, fresh weekends, I’m content, I’m happy, and to be honest I would be no way near where I am in life today if I didn’t change me my ways. Nor could I do what I do being hungover, it’s bloody hard enough fresh headed 😅
