Some moments you’ll cherish forever. Getting to host a FIBA World Cup qualifier in my own city evokes all kinds of emotions. I had a little sit down on my own after the game to reflect on what I’d just done and one emotion took over. Pride. I said to myself “Be proud of what you’ve achieved kid, you did that, you turned that sh*tty life you lived upside down.”
