You don’t need to be fit, flexible or experienced to start. Beginners are absolutely welcome.

Our students learn how to recognise danger, react under pressure, defend themselves and build the confidence that comes from knowing what to do when something goes wrong.

🥊 KRAV MAGA IS COMING TO EDENBRIDGE 🥊

Our brand new Edenbridge club launches on Tuesday 8th September at Edenbridge WI Hall, Station Road.

Classes are suitable for complete beginners and focus on practical self defence, confidence, awareness, fitness and having fun in a safe and supportive environment.

📍 EDENBRIDGE
Every Tuesday during term time

🐴 Juniors aged 6 to 11
5.30pm to 6.10pm

💪 Teens aged 12 to 16
6.20pm to 7.15pm

Free trial available. Please wear trainers as the venue has a hard floor.

We also run classes at St Augustine Academy in Maidstone every Monday and Thursday:
