💥🖤❤ Ain't nothin' half-baked about our Sonics! ❤🖤💥

At Saracens ARFC Sonics we LOVE our rugby, but we're about so much more than our favourite sport: family; teamwork; values; and - by no means least - community.

So, last Saturday 4 July, our enterprising Sonics and their parents were delighted to support the flourishing House of Hope 7s tournament at Bramley Sports Ground with a truly sweet fundraiser all of their own: a Sonics Bake Sale.

And what a success it was! Not only was the stall replete with home-baked goodies of a standard of which - we think - Mary Berry would have approved, but having sold three tables' worth by mid-afternoon, our Sonics raised an impressive £268 for the House of Hope.

Well done players and parents alike! A big shout out and thank you to you all. You're a credit to our club and will, no doubt, have helped the House of Hope just a little further along the way to achieving its laudable objectives. Just brilliant!

Our U12 and U14 Sonics had a day to remember at the PWR Final yesterday. Not only did they get to compete at the Stoop before the final, against new friends and old including and .u14; not did they get to enjoy some scintillating, PWR Final rugby from and and an emphatic Sarries win; but they got to meet some of their true rugby idols. What an experience! And what memories! That's one day they'll never forget!

So, a big shout out and thank you to for hosting us; to .omokhuale and so many more for your generosity of time, and for helping inspire our girls; and huge congratulations to for an emphatic and richly-deserved title win.

We're delighted to announce that, following the success of our inaugural competition in 2025, the Saracens ARFC Sonics Charity Shield will return this year on Sunday 18 October 2026.

We can't wait to welcome you to Bramley Sports Ground for a celebration of competitive sport, rugby values and community. And why wouldn't you be there? Just look at the feedback from last year!

There are so many good reasons to attend: the rugby, the cause, the camaraderie, the celebrations, the memories and so much more.

This year, like last, we'll be raising money for Wooden Spoon, the children's charity of rugby. So not only can you look forward to a day of competitive rugby in a fun, supportive environment but to the knowledge that, just by entering, you'll be helping to support disadvantaged children in the region.

💥🖤❤ What a fantastic day out! ❤🖤💥

No strangers to a bit of mud, our Sonics were delighted to join fellow Club players and members at the Nuclear Races, Brentwood, on Saturday and had a thoroughly enjoyable day.

The family event, which saw Saracens ARFC take over the obstacle and adventure course for the day, marked the beginning of season-long fundraising and club-wide celebrations for Saracens ARFC's 150th anniversary year.

The girls (and some of their parents!) revelled in the challenges set by the course, which not only tested strength and endurance limitations, teamwork and communication skills, but required players to confront and overcome personal fears - fortunately none of mud! Few of them will forget the exhilaration of the Death Slide, which brought the event to a close.

So, here's a big shout out to our hosts at the Nuclear Races, for making the event so enjoyable; and to all those at our Club, Saracens ARFC, who helped to organise and co-ordinate such a successful day. The Sonics will certainly look forward to the next!
