If you have a background in coaching or playing rugby, have experience working with teens, are a good team player, are well-attuned to our core values (honesty, respect, discipline, work rate) and willing to learn, then delay no further! While our primary focus is to attract enthusiastic and effective coaches, whatever their gender, we're especially interested in hearing from women, 18+, keen to take up a role or gain experience in coaching.

💥🖤❤🏉 A first to celebrate: Club honours for Sonic 001 🏉❤🖤💥

A big shout out to Emily Underwood - our first ever Saracens ARFC Sonic - who recently received Club honours for her dedication to Saracens ARFC and for her key role in reintroducing junior girls' rugby to Bramley Sport Ground in 2023.

Emily (pictured here with Club Chair, Steve Lightley) is the first junior player at Saracens ARFC to receive Club honours. Her story - linked below - is one of commitment to her club and perseverance in the pursuit of equal opportunity for girls:

Faced with a lack of opportunity for junior girls when she graduated from Saracens ARFC minis in 2023, Emily petitioned for the creation of a new junior girls' section - the Sonics - so that she could continue playing rugby at the club she loved; and extend the same opportunity to other girls in the community.

And so, in due course, she became Sonic 001, the first of now many Sonics; and began a train of events that led to what has become a thriving and successful junior girls' section at Bramley Sports Ground.

Well done Emily. We're very proud of you!

🎢💥🖤❤ What a rollercoaster of a day! ❤🖤💥🎢

Sunday was yet another hotly anticipated day in the Sonics calendar - one of our many Sonics family fun days; and what better way to spend it than at Thorpe Park?

Players from all four of our junior girls' rugby age grades, U12 to U18, parents, sisters, brothers, more; the family had a thrilling, adrenaline-packed day on the rides, as the photos reveal.

Indeed, if a picture's worth a thousand words, we think these ride photos must be worth millions! 😅

Thank you for helping to make Sunday such a special and memorable day for the Sonics: one we'll never forget. We will, no doubt, be back soon.

Saracens Women's Rugby

💥🖤❤ Ain't nothin' half-baked about our Sonics! ❤🖤💥

At Saracens ARFC Sonics we LOVE our rugby, but we're about so much more than our favourite sport: family; teamwork; values; and - by no means least - community.

So, last Saturday 4 July, our enterprising Sonics and their parents were delighted to support the flourishing House of Hope 7s tournament at Bramley Sports Ground with a truly sweet fundraiser all of their own: a Sonics Bake Sale.

And what a success it was! Not only was the stall replete with home-baked goodies of a standard of which - we think - Mary Berry would have approved, but having sold three tables' worth by mid-afternoon, our Sonics raised an impressive £268 for the House of Hope.

Well done players and parents alike! A big shout out and thank you to you all. You're a credit to our club and will, no doubt, have helped the House of Hope just a little further along the way to achieving its laudable objectives. Just brilliant!

Our U12 and U14 Sonics had a day to remember at the PWR Final yesterday. Not only did they get to compete at the Stoop before the final, against new friends and old including and .u14; not did they get to enjoy some scintillating, PWR Final rugby from and and an emphatic Sarries win; but they got to meet some of their true rugby idols. What an experience! And what memories! That's one day they'll never forget!

So, a big shout out and thank you to for hosting us; to .omokhuale and so many more for your generosity of time, and for helping inspire our girls; and huge congratulations to for an emphatic and richly-deserved title win.

We can't wait for next season!
