Our Restorative Yoga Flow and Sound Bath Event is now ready to book - the 90 minute experience will led by our amazing Cristina, a fully qualified Yoga Instructor and Sound Bath practitioner. The session will be on Saturday 5th September 3pm - members pay £15 and non-members £32. Either book your spot on the app or DM us here and we can reserve your space. This session will be a wonderful way to reconnect with your mind and body 💛 ps. Last slide will NOT be part of the session 😉
