Plenty of positives to take from today's performance. We gave opportunities to several players, worked hard as a team and showed good character to compete throughout the game against a strong opposition.

While we always aim for the win, every match is an opportunity to learn, improve and continue building for the future.

Good numbers, competitive games and plenty of hard work from the players. The intensity was high throughout, with everyone pushing themselves and preparing for the challenges ahead.

Football is all about learning, improving and responding positively, and every session gives us another opportunity to grow as players and as a team.

The weather was hot, but the commitment, energy and attitude from the players were even hotter. 🔥

Great to see so many players turning up, working hard and pushing themselves ahead of our upcoming fixtures. Sessions like these show the progress we are making as a team and as a community project.

The work doesn't stop here. Back to Plaistow Park tomorrow as we continue preparing for Sunday's match against Imope Football Club.

Another productive session at West Ham Memorial Park Astro Turf Pitch, with players showing determination, resilience and a willingness to learn. Today's focus was on improving decision-making, teamwork and game awareness in a competitive but enjoyable environment.

It's great to see new and existing players pushing each other to improve week after week. Development doesn't happen overnight, but every session is another step in the right direction.
