A quick update for anyone wondering where I've disappeared to.

Since February, I've been off my ADHD medication after feeling my dosage was too high. Looking back, that decision led to me falling out of the routines and structure that help me manage both ADHD and EUPD effectively.

The result was low mood, extreme fatigue, poor decision making and gradually stepping away from social media, business responsibilities and a lot of the things that matter to me.

I've started taking my medication again over the last couple of days and the difference has already been huge. I feel more focused, motivated and productive than I have in months.

This isn't an excuse just an honest explanation. If I've seemed distant, absent or not quite myself that's why.

Time to rebuild, refocus and get back to work.
