Some of you may remember that before FORGED Lifestyle, we were called FORGE & FLOW.

Even back then, before I qualified as a Nutrition Advisor, I already had the next step in my sights. I was just looking through some old notes and found this rough business plan.

It's funny looking back now because what was once just an idea on paper has become reality. Today, FORGED Lifestyle has a successful supplement arm through Forged Vitality.

Proof that today's notes can become tomorrow's business if you dedicate your self and stick to the plan.
