We will be continuing to paint the new surface with rubber, i don’t care if we have 1 or 15 drivers on for the day…

Max is 15 cars, booking online only please on below link.

Downturns must be worn, I have a ramp to build, and fingers crossed the CCTV guys will be done also by then, so I don’t care how many cars we have… it won’t affect what I’m planning on doing, I can check on Saturday morning how many cars are booked in.

Stafford — Ladies Only Public Drift Day

Area - L2D new training ground.

Date: Sunday 5th July .

For months she has been going on about running a girlies-only public drift day. Ever since getting involved with some sort of girlies drift group chat, this idea has been stuck in her head.

And one thing I know about my bloody daughter… when she gets an idea, she will not let it go, until it happens 😂

So… here we are.

Guys — it’s time to prep your cars and hand over the keys to your better halves. Time to put your feet up and let the girlies do their thing...

The rules are simple:
This is exactly what it says on the tin — a ladies ONLY driving day.

🚫 No guys are permitted to purchase a driver’s band.
✅ Yes, you can come as a passenger.
✅ Yes, you can support your other half as a pit bi**ch.

But the driving is for the girls - ONLY

Start line and marshalling will be handed over to the L2D ladies for the day — so they are running the show

Standard drift day rules apply:

🔊 95db maximum on full power
⬇️ Downturns mandatory on rear of exhausts
🔥 Fire extinguisher must be reachable from the driver’s seat

Circuits:

You’ll have an advanced drift circuit available for the more consistent drivers. 3 laps and off -

There will also be a secured area for:

Doughnuts
Figures of 8
Kidney circuit practice

ONE CAR ONLY AT A TIME.

The day will run as a damp surface drift day. Max of 2 cars on circuit at any time.

Tyre changing will be available on site.

(If there are any ladies who can change tyres and want to get involved, give me or Chloe a shout!)

Maximum 15 cars permitted.

If there are 10+ cars booked then the L2D Snax shack will be in operations.

This is a drivers-own-car event — we will not be using the L2D fleet for this one.

Stafford new training ground drift days:

The following dates are now live on the system, due to parking space these events are limited to 15 cars max. So it’s booking online only on the below link.

We will be having 30-45 mins after lunch where the venue is run as the weather dictates this is due to getting rubber embedded into the new tarmac, over the next few weeks the grip levels will smooth out the more and more these events take place. The new areas of tarmac is fairly grippy, in the dry the GT86 yesterday struggled, but when damp was perfectly fine… and that was a stock 200bhp car… so lower powered cars will be fine…

It is advised to fetch a couple of sets of wheels pre loaded ready to rock n roll.

But yesterday was a mega day, ultimate seat time and practice…
