Depending on the intensity of your run ⤵️

An easy/recovery run: 5-10 mins (I’d push for 10)

Tempo run: 10-20 mins (15 mins is the my sweet spot)

Long run (10km+): Depending on intensity 5-20 mins

🔑 Your warm up exercises should mimic your running actions, so it’s important to include movements like a light jog, mobility drills, and light strides.
