We’re excited to welcome Apex 7s Women to the 2026 LIT Florida International 7s, where they’ll be stepping up to compete in the Women’s Elite! 🌴🏉

A team built for players and powered by connection, Apex are creating a program focused on giving athletes opportunities to compete, develop and build something together. ❤️🏉

The women’s program only made its debut this year, but they’re already getting valuable tournament experience under their belts:

Founded in 2024, the BlitzBirds have quickly established themselves as one of Florida’s exciting 7s programs — bringing together some of the best talent from Florida and beyond while creating more opportunities for players to test themselves in elite-level competition. 💪🔥

We’re excited to welcome the Florida Badgers to the 2026 LIT Florida International 7s, competing in the Men’s Open! 🌴🏉

Established in 2021 by former FCC Select All-Stars, the Badgers are a player-led program with a clear ambition: to establish themselves as one of the premier Rugby 7s sides in the state of Florida. 💪

Built by players, for players, the program has continued to grow and develop, with multiple Badgers going on to earn international caps. 🌎🏉

They’ve also already shown what they can do on the Florida 7s circuit:

We’re excited to welcome Safari Select 7s to the 2026 LIT Florida International 7s, competing in the Men’s Elite! 🌴🏉

Established in 2026, Safari Select is an international invitational side bringing together players from Kenya, South Africa, Zimbabwe, the USA and beyond — using rugby to compete, build meaningful connections and create new opportunities through the game. 🌍🤝

And in their very first year, they’ve already made their presence felt:
