The Boury Studios offers six professional rehearsal and creative spaces in Zone One, just minutes from Vauxhall station.
And we do things a little differently too..
🎭 Fringe Theatre Rate: £15 per hour
For fringe productions, bookable up to two weeks in advance.
🎨 Artist Incubator Rate: £10 per hour
Affordable space for individual artists to create, practise and develop their craft. Available Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm, subject to availability and bookable two days in advance.
🎬 Professional studio hire from £30 per hour
For rehearsals, auditions, workshops, castings, filming and more.
🌙 Regular evening hire
Looking for a home for your class, company or creative community? Talk to us about regular bookings.

The income generated through Boury Studios goes back into the work of The Boury Academy CIC, helping us keep high quality performing arts training and opportunities accessible to young people.
So you can rehearse in Zone One, support independent artists AND help us invest in the next generation.
