*THIS IS NOT A 'GET BACK ON TRACK' / 'DIET STARTS TOMORROW' TYPE THINGGGG*
This is very much a helping hand to put a Spring back in your step & encourage you to keep caring for your body in a kind & mindful way as we move through this bizarre transition 🥰
🌸 A 7 day challenge of workouts & small daily tasks to boost energy, happiness & wellbeing as we go into the summer months!🌸
The challenge is happening INSIDE the MPWR: UNLEASHED! membership, as that's where all the workouts are!! (though ofc, you're totally welcome to screenshot the bingo slide and use it with your own workouts!! - I'd love to know if you do!)
We're gonna be completing it as a gang, using the bingo sheet for accountability each day ~ there'll be a prize draw of a free month's membership for someone who posts their bingo sheet up each day!
Drop a comment below if you want some more info or head to the link in my bio to become a member of MPWR: UNLEASHED! and join the challenge! 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻 @ Online Workouts

This struck me big time whilst I was watching Married At First Sight Australia lol! The FIRST thing Mel said when she saw her wedding pic was 'ewww I look so fat'
And there was a time where I would have absolutely looked at an 'unflattering' picture and said the same!
🙋♀️ hands up of you have too!!?!?!
But here's why we should tryyy to replace that reaction with something less harmful for EVERYONE (especially if you're in a thin body)
👉 1.FATPHOBIA: To protect all bodies, we really need to cut the narrative that 'fat' (or being anything larger than the stupidly small ideal) is the worst thing we can be.
It's offensive and harmful. Implying to anyone in a larger body that you're scared to look like them is not ok but incredibly normalised by society.
Let's DE-NORMALISE it!
👉2. WHY THE F*CK have we been conditioned to look at a photo of ANY memory and immediately go to picking out our 'flaws' instead of appreciating the moments and the memory that the photo has captured?!!!
We were not put here to look 'beautiful' (read: slim) all day every day. We were put here to apreciate the beauty of LIVING OUR LIVES!
👉3. our bodies are beautiful. From ALL angles. Living in fear of rolls, cellulite and double chins is to live in fear of simpy BEING!
We are allowed to be. We are allowed to take up space. We deserve to do this without constantly worrying about what we look like.
this kind of anxiety holds us back and keeps us small & WE WERE MADE TO BE GREAT!
*Said with love but also a firm hand lol love you ❤❤❤❤❤*

🌟 Bodies fold, roll and wrinkle so they can MOVE.
🌟 Bodies have fat on them to KEEP YOU ALIVE.
🌟 Health looks different on everybody
🌟 and it's also NOT YOUR OBLIGATION to be at peak health all the time.
🥴 It's ironically pretty unhealthy to expect that of yourself & obsess over it!! 🥴
My body has changed quite a bit over the last few months and yepp at first the new squidgy bits freaked me out (which is MADDDD and MESSED UP but hey thanks diet culture)
Does this mean I'm less healthy?? Maybe, maybe not.
I might be exercising less and eating a few more cookies
But I'm also getting more sleep and am a lot less stressed (minus pandemic anxiety ofc)
Health is ~MULTI DIMENSIONAL~
So live your life babyyyy, & know that in living your life, your priorities & your body will change
& that's more than okkkk
Ok?
Love you # #
PS. Real talk: I realised up until this point I've still been angling my photos to hide my new squidgy bits. Screw that. Not any more, you can have em
And the forehead spot too 🙌

Is 'progress over perfection' as helpful a mantra as we think it is?💭
Or is it just another trap that gets us stuck in an obsession of constantly having to do, be, have better?
A better body, better skin, better results, a better job, better health...
I realised this weekend that since graduating, I hadn't spent any time, not trying to be 'better'
Everytime I've achieved anything, I was already working towards more
And while I'm all for self improvement and empowerment that you can do anything you want to do
I'm starting to realise how harmful it might be to put ourselves under the constant pressure to be better
Instead of letting ourselves just stand still sometimes. Or fall backwards without panicking that our progress has been 'ruined'
Because it hasn't.
Like the rest of our human existence, progress is very messy!
And do we always need to progress anyway..
Or for once, could we just live?
💫 what are your thoughts??? - this is a theory I have but I struggle VERY hard to practice it!

Hopefully I've snuck in there quick before diet culture gets it's manipulative claws into you, makes you feel like crap for 'letting yourself go', and convinces you to 'go hard' to get your 'bikini body' in time for the end of lockdown 🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️🙅♀️
In tonight's masterclass (and mini workout!), we'll be going through exactly why
👉 feeling shame around your body is a sh*tty motivator for exercise
👉 self love is the key you need instead
👉 you CAN find a routine that works around your life and that's EASY to stick to consistently, but
👉 you have to stop listening to toxic mainstream fitness culture and try a new approach!
If you're ready to open your mind to make changes that are only gonna make you feel GOOD,
Come along to Fall in Love with Fitness, Fall in Love with YOU!
It's happening tonight @ 7pm, but the replay will also be available after! Click the link in my bio or comment YES PLSSSS if you wanna come along 🥰🥰🥰 @ Self Love Club

It's no coincidence that the industries that profit from making you feel like you're not quite good enough (beauty, diet, fitness) are worth BILLLLLIONS 🤑🤑🤑🤑
But once you realise what a farce it is
- that there will always be a new trend to buy into -
you have the power to choose where you invest your time, energy & money.
Which is why I choose not to promote fitness as a tool to change your body.
But as a tool to bolster your
💫 wellbeing
💫 confidence
💫 happiness
💫 & self esteem
Because once you have the tools to build these, your self worth will be a hell of a lot more stable than when it's reliant on an ever changing body and ever changing standards!
And so will your motivation!
👉 If you want to learn more about solidifying a consistent & enjoyable fitness routine that comes only from a place of self love..
Come and join the freeeee masterclass I'm holding this Tuesday @ 7pm GMT.
