European Trips 🇨🇿

For National Senior Health and Fitness Day, we visited Queens Court in Wimbledon to deliver a talk and conduct a small fitness session for the residents. Our goal was to bring a positive change to their day and help them better understand the importance of staying fit and active. The objective of "Get Fit With Us" is to ensure that everyone feels confident about maintaining an active lifestyle.
