Emma Grede’s comments on working from home have been doing the rounds and as a single mum, I had some thoughts.
Because this conversation keeps missing whole groups of people from single parents, parents of children with SEND, people managing chronic illness, those carrying additional caring responsibilities, the sandwich generation holding it all together on both sides and the multiple intersections of all of this and more that exist.
We all deserve to have work work for us.
