As my training volume increases, so does the importance of everything happening outside the gym.

The session itself might only last a couple of hours, but how I fuel, recover, and support my body has a huge impact on the quality of the work I can put in.

That’s one of the reasons Animal Cuts has become part of my daily routine.

One thing fitness has taught me is that power isn’t about forcing things💪🏾

The harder you try to force a skill, the more it usually disappears.

You have to learn when to attack and when to trust.

When to push.
When to breathe.
When to let years of practice do what years of practice are supposed to do.

The funny thing is, life works much the same way.

As we head into a new week, don’t put pressure on yourself to have everything figured out.

Just focus on the next step.
The next decision.
The next opportunity to improve.

Because most success isn’t built in giant leaps.

It’s built in small moments of trust, repeated over and over again until one day people call it confidence💥💫

People often think prep is about eating less and training more💪🏾
The reality is far more strategic than that.

The goal isn’t just to lose body fat, it’s to maintain muscle, preserve performance, keep energy high enough to train properly, and continue refining every aspect of the package.

That’s why my focus is always on supporting my body through the process, not fighting against it.
