Ana Paula has transformed decades of limiting beliefs and emotional patterns into a profound journey
of self-awareness and healing. With a background in systemic solutions, biocentric movement, and
systemic therapies, she left a 15-year corporate career to pursue her calling in wellness. Now
a trauma-informed mentor and therapist, Ana Paula specializes in supporting adult women facing unresolved
issues with their mothers, particularly around themes of acceptance, self-worth, and emotional healing. She is also a passionate Biodanza facilitator and a psychology student at UCLan London, deepening
her expertise to serve clients. Based in London for over 17 years, Ana Paula works to guide clients in accessing greater consciousness and
healing in both body and soul, focusing on connecting to their true potential. Her compassionate
approach and intuitive ability to help others access their inner resources draw clients seeking
transformation and alignment with their purpose. Originally from Brazil, Ana Paula is deeply connected to nature, spirituality, and community. She believes in
cultivating an empowered, conscious life, grounded in love and kindness. Through Biodanza, Consciousness,
and Embodiment practices, Ana Paula’s mission is to help others foster healing, connection, and a world
built on community and mutual support.

I’m Angela Rippon CBE, founder and ambassador of Let’s Dance, the UK’s first national dance movement.

This journey began after my time on Strictly Come Dancing, where I reconnected with my roots in dance and truly felt its incredible benefits. It reignited my passion and sparked a mission—to get the nation dancing, so more people can experience the physical, mental, and social rewards of movement.

I believe so many people want to dance—they just need the right opportunity. That’s where you come in!
