Today I was promoted to Brown Belt in Judo.

Wow… this was something I genuinely wasn’t expecting, and it made me incredibly happy and honoured.

I would like to thank everyone involved and congratulate all those who also received their promotions today. Every belt represents dedication, perseverance, and countless hours of hard work on the mat.

A special thank you to Stevens, Olympic Silver Medallist and one of Great Britain’s most respected Judo figures, for his guidance and leadership. I would also like to thank the entire British Judo team who were there supporting, coaching, and conducting the assessments throughout the day.

Receiving this promotion is a great honour, but it’s also a reminder that there is always more to learn and improve.

I’m grateful for the journey, grateful for the people around me, and motivated for what comes next.
Very important thank you for over the years helping and teaching ( smashing me ). And recently .n2424 with his fine judo flow.
The work continues tomorrow.
