Break the isolation, be the welcomer, the encourager, the one who isn't threatened by another woman's strengths. Let's enlarge tables, make more tables...are you a "tablemaker"?

What table do you dream of sitting at?

Sometimes the missing piece isn't "trying harder"β€”it's finally finding words for your experience.

If you've ever felt caught between ADHD and autism traits, this account is for you.
πŸ’› You're welcome here whether you're diagnosed, self-identifying, or simply curious.

I specialise in coaching AuDHD women to know and love themselves more deeply and with clarity.

Working with our strengths and traits rather than resenting them is a gamechanger.

πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈHi. I'm a certified, specialist, advanced AuDHD coach with a client list of trailblazing, big hearted AuDHD women.

5 Tips I teach my clients about masking:

1) Sometimes masking is healthily protective, sometimes it's unhealthy for us. Noticing when, where, why and how we mask can help us decide when masking is doing us good or causing us to abandon ourselves.

2) Masking is just one type of camouflaging behaviour. When we learn about the other types, we become more aware of the backstory and beliefs we have that influence our behaviours. Then we can work on rewiring what needs attention so we're more comfortable to be ourselves

3) Neurotypical people mask too. It's not just a neurodivergent trait. Remembering that can be empowering.

4) Energy management is key before and after being in a situation you need to mask in. We can plan ahead for masking - it doesn’t need to always just be a reactive thing.

5) Why we mask is not all about us. It's also connected to how safe we feel with others and in certain environments. Awareness that we need safe spaces, time and people to just be ourselves can help us balance out the effort of masking in tricky situations.

If you're AuDHD, I believe that the biggest shift you can gift yourself is learning to love yourself with compassion, boundaries and self awareness that cares rather than criticises.

What's your relationship with yourself like?
