So this week I’ve been harassed & amongst other things told “You love yourself, you think you’re something you’re not”..now at first I thought that was a negative thing until I sat and mulled it over….

Week in week out I have female clients come into the gym and tell me they hate what they see, point out all the things they want to change about themselves. Each time I tell them how strong and beautiful they look to everyone else and to learn to LOVE THEMSELVES ….

Well what a hypocrite I would be if I didn’t practice what I preach!

I LOVE the life I have created for myself, I love the highlighted hair on my head, I love my strength & health I work hard for every week, I love my laminated brows, I love the jobs I work my butt off for each day, I love the filler in my lips, I adore my fiancé, I love myself for being lucky enough to find him, I love my family and my family to be, I love my close circle, I love my soosage dog and my two cats, I love my gorgeous home, I love Salford; the town I come from, I love where I am now in life and I love where I’m going!!!! So fu***ng sue me if that’s loving myself!!! Maybe if this person loved themselves a little more they wouldn’t be so focussed on me and mine. So as politely as I can put this…kiss my well developed Glutes (I love those too) 😘
