Most women don’t need another workout plan.
They need people who remind them what they’re capable of.
The truth is…
Nobody joins Make a Move because they love burpees 😅
They join because they want to feel stronger.
And somewhere along the way they find:
❤️ Confidence
❤️ Support
❤️ Friendship
❤️ Accountability
❤️ A reason to keep showing up
The workouts matter.
But the people make the difference.
If you’ve ever felt like you don’t belong in a gym or fitness class…
I promise you’re exactly the person we created this community for.

What if Fitness wasn’t about looking better…
What if it was about becoming stronger, healthier and more capable with every passing year?
This incredible woman has been training with me for years.
During that time she has completed marathons, ultra marathons and continued to raise the bar for what she believes she’s capable of 😍
But the thing that inspires me most isn’t the medals.
It’s her mindset.
She keeps showing up.
She keeps learning.
She keeps growing.
And because of that, she continues to prove that strength has no age limit.
One of my favourite lines from her review was:
✨ “My body feels stronger.”
✨ “I have no injuries.”
✨ “I am always having fun.”
✨ “My goals grow with age.”
That’s what fitness should be about.
Not shrinking.
Not slowing down.
Not accepting less.
But building a body and mind that allow you to keep saying YES to life ✨
Future you is being built by the choices you make today ❤️🔥
Save this as a reminder.
Life is far too short✨

People often join fitness classes because they want to get fitter, stronger or feel more confident.
The problem with regular workouts is people join when the motivation is high - usually in January and they quit soon after.
The real changes needs time & consistency! And that’s why I created Make a Move - where people stay because of how it makes them feel ✨
The strength.
The energy.
The mental clarity.
The encouragement.
The friendships.
One review said:
“You don’t just join a workout class, you join a community.”
And honestly?
That’s exactly what I hoped Make a Move would become ❤️
A place where women feel supported.
Not judged.
Encouraged.
Not intimidated.
A place where we work hard, laugh often and build strength that lasts a lifetime 😍
(And apparently we’ll all still be squatting to pick up our shopping when we’re 80 😅❤️)
I’m super proud of this duo - the dedication & consistency really pays off - just Look at them 😍💪
To every woman who trusts me with her journey…
Thank you.
You are the heart of this community 💖
And You - Yes You watching from the sidelines - comment MOVE and join us - You won’t regret ❤️🔥

Looking at this muddy T-shirt and medal, I don’t see dirt.
I see courage.
I see friendship.
I see people stepping outside their comfort zones and discovering they’re capable of so much more than they thought.
That’s what Make a Move is all about.
Not being the fastest.
Not being the strongest.
Just showing up.
Taking that first step.
Supporting each other.
Growing together.
And if you’ve been thinking about joining us but haven’t quite found the confidence yet…
This is your invitation. 🤩
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need to be fit.
You don’t need to do it alone.
You just need to start.
Come and be part of a community that moves, grows, laughs, supports, and achieves together.
Who’s joining us for the next challenge? ❤️🔥👇

I nearly cried reading her review…
(I will add it in the comment)
People think coaches help lose weight, build strength or improve fitness.
But very often it’s so much more than that…
When this woman told me her story I was a bit shocked - she went through so much in her Life - but I knew this Fitness journey could change her Life ✨
And that’s exactly what happened 😍
Her review reminded me that showing up for yourself can be the beginning of an entirely new chapter.
Not because of me.
Because of her courage.
Her commitment.
Her decision to keep going when life gave her every reason not to.
This is why I Love do what I do ❤️
Fitness isn’t just about changing your body.
Sometimes it’s about finding yourself again.
And for me that’s one of the most powerful transformation of all ✨
What’s the best advice you’ve ever heard or received ? ✨
