I’m ofteb asked about IGTV and whether clients should bother with it. And generally I say I don’t find many people are actually using it because they’re all using Stories. So it was funny this morning when I spotted these two posts in my Stories feed - they asked their audiences ‘do you watch IGTV?’ A resounding no. Interesting.
I shared this on my Ultra Social Instagram earlier but couldn’t crosspost a carousel of a lovely before and after photo.
Before was an absolutely stunning photo of a firefall in Yosemite and after - an animated version. Mesmerising. Simple using the Plotagraph app and I love it.

Not only is this an absolutely stunning picture but it also makes great use of hashtags.
If you want your content to be found and want to reach specific communities, this is the way to do it.
Pick a selection, some generic (which will be very busy) and some specific which are likely to have more of a community around them.

Catching the last light with the mountains in Queenstown.
