✨️ I'm welcoming just 5 women every 3 months who are ready to take their gym knowledge to the next level. You'll get 2 to 3 clear workouts delivered via my app with online support from me and other fellow lifters! No gate keeping or over complicated workouts, just straight forward training that works 💪

There's been some new follows recently so I wanted to reintroduce myself ✌️ I am local personal trainer working in the fitness industry for seven years.
I am a personal trainer and Mental Health with Exercise coach working in the fitness industry for seven years. In this time I have focussed on empowering women through exercise. 🏋️♀️
