How to Do a Muscle-Up 🏆

Step 1: Master 10–15 strict pull-ups with good form.

Step 2: Build strength with straight-bar dips until you can perform 10–15 controlled reps.

Step 3: Practice explosive pull-ups by pulling your chest as high as possible toward the bar.

Step 4: As you reach the top of the pull, lean your chest over the bar and quickly rotate your elbows over it.

Step 5: Press yourself up into a full straight-bar dip until your arms are fully locked out.

Step 6: Lower yourself under control and repeat, focusing on smooth technique rather than speed.

Step 7: Stay consistent. Practice regularly, strengthen your pull-ups and dips, and be patient—every session brings you closer to your first muscle-up!
