Today is a shout out to the one & only Mr Taylor

Pat was one of the first clients at SuppleStrength, back in 2014 for sports massage.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To this day, he continues to support the vision, recently helping to give the clinic a face lift with some new spot lights ☀️ & he always comes with a great book recommendation 📚
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Back in the day I used to call him ‘perfect Pat’ (which he hated), because everything he did from a young age was with focus, intent and precision. This is reflected in the work he does to this day which you can check out . Can’t recommend him enough 👏

“Despite having not skated for 15+ years or so, going to the skatepark in Morocco was pretty intense as we were surrounded by very good skaters (most of which who were local). The locals were incredibly friendly and picked up on the fact that we were beginners and engaged with us to help us improve. For me this day summarises what supple society is all about - being part of a group who are up for trying new things in a relaxing environment where no one is judging anyone.”

Yesterday’s beach trip was an awesome way to kick of summer. Swimming, games, delicious food, great company and an awkward social distance photo.

Feeling blessed to slowly get back to the vision of Supple Society. Connecting people through movement...& face to face where possible!

A few recent personal experiences and stories of friends have convinced me that ‘manifestation’, ‘visualisation’, ‘law of attraction’ etc. can be incredible tools to achieve the outcome you seek.

Time to start applying it to Supple Society 🙏
We are going a large globally connected community. Contributing as much to society and the planet as we can.

Every day this cherry blossom fills the deck with leaves,
So I sweep and it feels therapeutic.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some relaxed, gentle movement,
While the birds sing.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I try to be mindful and present.
No pressure to perform or record to set.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just sweep, sweep, sweep.
Almost like playing or dancing with mother nature.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She sheds, so I sweep.
Then I sit and enjoy the beauty.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m consider what ‘functional’ movement really means to me.
It’s starting to get clearer.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Next, maybe a vegetable patch?
Let the dance continue.
