The last two HSC matches were padel tennis and lawn bowls. It turns out they’re not the best prep for 😂 Wow that was epic! Scampering up and down mountains in the arctic circle...days of sport don’t get much better. Thanks a million to the people at .skyrace and the awesome volunteers along the route for all their hard work and good vibes ✌️ Congratulations to the race winners and everyone who took part...just getting round is an achievement in itself @ Tromsø, Norway

After six years of trying, it finally happened...we won a lawn bowls match 💪💪💪 Oosh!!! It was an awesome family day with our Aussie, Kiwi and Frenchie friends in Brockwell Park on Bastille Day no less, all about the best bits of sport; fun, friendship and a bit of healthy competition 😉 @ Brockwell Park

Our #28 “Bosched” the recently, it’s an impressive achievement in its own right, but even more so when you realise he is a literal ironman- having broken his neck a few years ago, he’s got metal running right through it now. Despite delays at the airport scanner he made it in time for the midnight Ironman in Lahti and completed it in style. Great effort Boschy, you’re an inspiration buddy 💪 @ Lahti, Finland
