POV: my detox journey lately
– avoiding synthetic fragrance
– questioning synthetic laundry pods
– trying not to inhale “ocean breeze” factory-made chemical scents
– discovering microplastics are apparently in everything, especially athletic wear and children’s clothing
– aggressively scrubbing wax off organic produce. It keeps produce looking shiny in supermarkets but it’s toxic for human consumption
– emotionally recovering from one red sock in a white wash
