London girlies, thank you for coming, it was the last free meetup I’m doing here and not sure when I’ll be back so it was fab to meet you in person for the 1st time or catch up after yearsss 😅🙌💙
We talked about the right decisions, plans for the future, different types of lifestyles and points of view on work, sports, coaching, meditation. We shared our personal stories and current wins worth celebrating and struggles we’re navigating.
Support, advice, inspiration and fun, positive energy - this is what these meet-ups bring every single time and no matter how many people show up, it’s always worth it.

Shout out to the ladies who say they show up and they actually do show up. That’s one of the key character traits and predictions that you’ll go far, reach your goals and be successful in life.
Showing up for yourself and others when you say so, keeping the word. This will show up soo many times in life, you’ll have so many situations when it’s easy to stay comfortable, find excuses, cancel last minute.
The moment you start showing up instead of giving up is a switch that changes everything.
It brings commitment, respect, trust and integrity.
Don’t choose the easy way. Choose yourself. Show up.

It feels so weird to be back in Ldn haha - in a good way!
Like I came back home from a different world 😅
With my fav people in my fav places for a week 🫶
So here’s another reflection for my flow mo wellness ladies as I’m sure I’m not the only one thinking about the environment we live in and people we surround ourselves with.
A simple question that can shift a lot:
What environment helps you become your best self?
Certain places bring out your focus.
Certain people raise your standards.
Certain routines stabilise your energy.
Your environment shapes your habits more than motivation ever will.
Sometimes improving your wellbeing is less about trying harder and more about placing yourself in the right places.

While I’m eating a croissant & drinking iced coffee waiting for my flight to Ldn (buzzinggg 🤩), I’d like to share something with you…
I love vision boards. But you know what I also love? Taking action. Actually feeling the momentum, like I’m getting closer to making these visuals my life.
I’ve been thinking about why so many of us feel static even when we’re trying hard. I’ve been there soo many times.
It’s not really because people don’t know what they want. If you ask them over a drink, they can tell you instantly: less clutter in their schedule, clearer work focus, better energy, stronger boundaries.
Think about your own experiences.
- You want to set boundaries at work, but you hate the awkward 30 seconds after you say “no.”
- You want to start a new project, but you hate the messy initial phase where you look inexperienced.
- You want to change your routine, but you don’t want to explain the shift to the people around you.
We usually call this “lack of motivation.” In reality, it’s just avoiding small discomforts. They’re sometimes so small we don’t consider them an obstacle. Maybe we’re not even aware of them❗️
Once you isolate the exact friction point instead of treating it like a huge life question, moving forward gets surprisingly quiet and straightforward.

The downside of being good at handling things on your own.
When you’re naturally capable, you can survive a slightly misaligned situation for years without it destroying you.
If a job, relationship, or routine is a complete disaster, your alarm bells ring and you leave.
But if it’s just 70% right? You adapt. You manage your stress. You compensate with good habits, workouts, or weekend breaks. Your competence actually keeps you comfortable in things you’ve outgrown.
The challenge with self-reliance is that you’ll always find a way to make an okay situation work, even when it’s slowly draining your enthusiasm.
An outside perspective isn’t for when things are going wrong. It’s usually for when things are going fine, but you realize “fine” is taking way more maintenance than it should.
