Happy Mother’s Day to all my ‘who dares swimmers’ who are also mothers… I know for some of you getting into the sea is ‘your time’ & I hope you’ve had that today in some form… keep loving yourself and your fam & nurture that which keeps you being yourself, be that the sea or whatever else floats your boat. WHO DARES SWIMS groups starting this week:
Tuesday 1pm brighton pier beginners/improvers £120 6 week course
Tuesday 7pm king Alfred beach advanced 1KM swimmers £120 6 week course
Friday 5.30pm improvers/advanced 1KM swim 5 weeks £50 no training - got past clients only with kayak coaching on the spot when needed
