Weāre en route back from a retreat. Giving yourself time to reflect, talk, step out of the everyday, work out and soak up the sun is restorative in ways you canāt imagine. And one thing we have finely tuned whilst there is the art of mindfulness. Mindfulness means different things to different people but fundamentally is the art of being self aware, aware of others and our presence in the world. Itās the ability to know when to slow down. When to hit the restart button. Whatās the point of mindfulness? Do it and youāll increase productivity, efficiency and more often than not, creativity too! āAre you ok?ā Is the most important question you can ask someone. Really ask them. The easy answer is of course āyeah, Iām fineā. But hear between their words.
Itās , which is great because we are all being made more aware of checking in with people. But this shouldnāt be isolated to today. Checking in with yourself and those around you should be as routine as brushing your teeth. Mental health is still taboo and YOU can change it. If youāre feeling low today, tomorrow or any day, remember YOU HAVE GOT THIS.

Our clients are always on the move and like a lot of us, are juggling 100 things at every given moment. Squeezing in a work out can be challenging but itās very doable. There are lots of different apps out there that give you training ideas on the move. We love recommending to those who canāt make it down to train with us. It offers great HIIT workouts made up of mostly compound movements using just your body weight so no equipment is needed and you can do them just about anywhere! The videos give you a solid guide for technique and are really clear and easy to follow along with. Itās around Ā£50 for an annual subscription so much more affordable than many of the other apps out there. Quit the excuses and get that body moving! Weāll be cheerleading you from Vault HQ! .
