Reasons I post home workouts 🤷
1️⃣ Keeps me accountable to train when I don’t feel like it as I’m home all the time🔥
2️⃣ Forces me to keep my core tight (if I don’t wear a shirt) 😂
3️⃣ Help motivate people to get up and move 😁
Not reasons I post home workouts ❌
1️⃣ Because I think everyone should do home workouts 😨
2️⃣ Because I think now is the time to focus on getting in shape 🤦

My Plan for Surviving Isolation:
1. Read everyday
2. Meditate
3. Physical Activity
4. Hot/cold therapy
5. Sleep routine
6. Learn a new skill
7. Call friends/ family
8. Eat well
9. Stretch
10. Get as much daylight as I can!
A lot of people are saying to just suck it up and isolate for two weeks 🤷
And that’s ok for hermits but people are social animals and we don’t deal well with isolation (it is a form of punishment in prisons after all) 😮
So it’s important to look after your mental health while stuck indoors and make the most of a bad situation 😁

Worrying just makes you suffer twice 🤓⠀
⠀
The world is not in an ideal place right now, but it never is 🤷⠀
⠀
At any given time you have the choice of using the current circumstances as an excuse or making the most of them 🙏⠀
⠀
You might not be able to go to the gym, go out or do the things you were doing everyday, but when you were doing them you were probably only thinking about your next day off anyway 🤦⠀
⠀
Perfect circumstances don’t exist, worrying is suffering through something that hasn’t happened yet and you can do so much of the things now that you didn’t have time for before 😁⠀
⠀
As with anything the way you react to the current global situation is going to be a reflection of you and not a reflection of what is going on 😮⠀
⠀
Hardships don’t build character, they reveal it 😛⠀
