We’re told “just ask for what you want” ~ but rarely do we got taught how, or learn how to even know what we want, let alone find people to practice with, or a space where we can re-write our stories of not being met. Femme Pleasure Practice is that space!
For women and AFAB non-binary folks who want to rewire the stories of their body and learn to trust again.
This is what one participant shared after coming to circle, and if it resonates, we’d love to have you.
Your discomfort is welcome here.
Your shyness is welcome here.
Your courage is welcome here.
Your excitement is welcome here.
Your plæsure is welcome here.
Femme Plæsure Practice is a brave space to practice asking for what you want, knowing the person giving is doing so with a full heart. Together we explore the art of giving and receiving conscious, embodied, plæsurable touch.
This will be the last Femme Plæsure Practice of 2026, as I’m diving into something deeper soon, and I’ll share more when the time is right. So if you’ve been curious about these circles, and have been putting it off for the last 8 months… now is your chance!

If you’re anything like the practitioners I know, you spend most of your working hours attuned to someone else’s nervous system, someone else’s needs, someone else’s healing. This month, I’m holding space for you to receive instead.
Practitioner Circle
TONIGHT ~ Tuesday, July 14, 7:00–9:15pm
Glimmer Wellness Center
This circle is for professionals of all kinds; therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, plant medicine facilitators, massage therapists, doctors, nurses, acupuncturists, and anyone else in the helping professions.
Here’s what we’ll be doing together:
💜 Meeting other professionals and building a genuine, wide-ranging network
💜 Practising receiving ~ just for you. This matters not only in our work, but in the rest of our lives, where so many of us default to giving
💜 Getting really good at taking ~ so you can be clean in your service
💜 Learning and practising embodied consent tools ~ for your own body, and to bring back into your client work
💜Filling your own cup, so there’s more of you available for the people you serve
💜 Getting to know me and my work, and me getting to know you, so we can build real referral relationships for when clients need care outside our individual scope
💜 Experiencing non-romantic, non-sexual, pleasure-centred touch ~ something I believe is essential in times like these
💜Using The Wheel of Consent to explore the nuances of touch
People often arrive feeling nervous, curious, a little apprehensive, wondering what will happen. And they leave feeling grounded, connected, calmer, more comfortable in their own ability to ask for what they want.
One particpant’s journey:
“I leave Emerald’s pleasure circles feeling firmly grounded in my body and empowered in knowing and speaking my desires. They have helped me go from feeling somewhat numb, disconnected, and wary to feeling more trusting of both myself and others. Emerald’s clear communication and creation of a safe container encourages participants to explore their relationship to themselves, their body, and others.”
Please pre-register 🔗 🔝 to support me holding a trauma-informed container.
I look forward to welcoming you!

If you’re a therapist, coach, bodyworker, plant medicine facilitator, massage therapist, doctor, nurse, acupuncturist, or any other kind of helping professional in Portland metro area, and you are feeling a bit burnt out, I invite you to join us for embodied presence practices.
I believe presence is an antidote to burnout, embodied, slow, be here now presence. And if that present moment awareness tells you that you need to take a nourishing nap, you get to do that in the workshop…
Practitioner Pleasure Practice Circle is a space to practice listening, trusting, valuing and voicing your body’s wisdom. Using the The Wheel of Consent as our guide, we practice:
✨Staying present and attuning to what our body wants and developing the courage to ask for exactly that!
✨Practicing embodied consent tools, for yourself
✨Meeting other s.x+ professionals and building referral relationships
✨Filling our own cup, so there’s more of you available for the people you serve, without burning out!

Why don't you ask for what you want?
21/06/2026
If you could ask me anything about s*xuality, embodiment or intimacy coaching, what would you want to know?
Did you know…Four times a year, at the solstices and equinoxes, I randomly select someone from my newsletter community to receive a free online session with me.
A gift, marked by the turning of the wheel.
To be in the draw, I ask some questions, including:
“If you could ask me anything about s*xuality, embodiment or intimacy coaching, what would you want to know?”
People are so curious, vulnerable and courageous!
Over the years they have asked about shame. About healing. About whether it’s even possible to feel at home in their body after everything they’ve been through. About how to have a flourishing thriving s*x life as a single woman. About what the best pathway is when attachment styles clash and you love each other anyway. About how to take care of your energy and at the same time be open to get to know others…
Real questions. From real humans. Held with real courage.
Over the next few weeks, I’m going to answer them, honestly, from the body, without sugarcoating and with compassion and care.
That’s my style. Some call me bold. And it’s my way of being.
Follow along. Save this post. Send it to someone who’s been carrying a question they didn’t know how to ask.
And if you want to be in the draw and have the opportunity to be randomly selected, my newsletter is where it begins. 🌹 (the final email in the series has a questionnaire to enter!)
🌞 Happy Solstice! 🌞
