As I've briefly mentioned on here, I will be moving back to Czech Republic...
It has been, to say the least, rather emotional...
London has been my home for 18 years and I have absolutely loved the crazy journey I've been on here...
I do believe that we come to heal here...
This city is so magical and brutal at times that we have no choice but facing our shadows and limitations to become unstoppable and limitless.
I'm forever grateful for all the amazing people I have crossed paths with here.

So much inspiration, growth and opportunities this city has given me, it will always be invaluably cherished in my heart.

Even now that my little business is expanding and growing it could sound crazy to some that I decided to move... however, I see it as a part of this growth...

After all these years in this amazing city, I'm ready for the nature, home grown food, fresh air and spring water.

I will share more in the upcoming days...as well as my new projects and offers I'm diligently working on.
Alphawavetherapy is not ending, it is expanding in fact 🙂.

Sound healing has done for me a lot as an individual, it has taught me to meditate and switch off.
Hypnotherapy has helped me to rewire my brain ...
NLP has helped me to clock the same times on the track (speed skating) and power through 24 hour races, averaging needed time to win.
EFT has helped me to process and understand my emotions.
There are many other methods I have studied over the years but the above are my favourite and I use these in client sessions to achieve a real, tangible and quite a fast change.

I usually work with- addictions, anxiety, confidence, performance, overcoming heart break, relationship patterns, depression, insomnia and more.
