Do you ever get the sudden, overwhelming urge to just... hide from your own life for a little while? 🤍
If you are a mother, a space-holder, or someone who is constantly giving to others, I want you to know that the desire to retreat isn't a failure, and it isn't something to be ashamed of. Sometimes, the most profound "shadow work" we can do is simply offering our exhausted inner child the permission to rest in the quiet.
