Yes!!!
Stop waiting for permission.
Permission to start.
Permission to dream bigger.
Permission to take up space.
Permission to believe you're capable of more.
Nobody can give you that. You have to give it to yourself.
Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce is the most decorated 100-meter sprinter of all time, a 3-time Olympic gold medalist, and a 10-time World Champion.
And one of the most powerful things Shelly-Ann shares in this episode of The Mel Robbins Podcast is this:
The moment you stop talking yourself out of what's possible is the moment your life begins to change.
You don't need to have everything figured out. You just need the courage to believe that the dream is worth chasing.
In this conversation, Shelly-Ann shares how to build unshakable self-belief, stop letting doubt and other people's opinions hold you back, and step fully into the person you're capable of becoming.

Happy International Women’s Day.
One thing I’ve learned over the years is how important it is for women to support each other. Not always in big, obvious ways but in the small, subtle ways that can make all the difference. A word of encouragement, opening a door, giving someone the benefit of the doubt, or simply having another woman’s back.
Sometimes the things we need most aren’t the loudest or most visible. But they matter.
I’m especially grateful for the supportive women and friendships in my life. This photo is one of my favorites because it reminds me just how powerful that kind of support can be.
So today is just a reminder to keep lifting each other up and to celebrate all the amazing women in our lives. ❤️
Fear doesn’t mean you’re not ready.
It means you’re leading in spaces where decisions matter.
Confidence isn’t about waiting until you feel certain.
It’s choosing to act anyway.

As we step into 2026, remember that real change doesn’t require a dramatic leap.
It begins with one small, intentional step.
You don’t need the whole plan; just the willingness to begin.
One step at a time.
Happy 2026!
