MMA Academy Women’s BJJ

Some of the girls competed today and they all smashed the matches they had. May won 2 divisions taking double gold, Dani walked away with Silver and Erin worked so hard during her match with several sub attempts on a very tough opponent! Win or lose it’s extremely difficult to step on those competition mats and as a coach I couldn’t be prouder of all these girls. You either win or learn and there is plenty to take away from today and keep working and move on to the next one! Well done girls 👏🏼

Competition training sessions for the women of last Sunday of every month 9am! Good session had by all!

Well done to .loman and .x today. Ruby fought well, taking home silver in No Gi today and Erin took home silver in the No Gi and Gold in Gi.
