This is Wendy - she wins this weeks Widdecombe for showing grit and determination. She would also win car of the week. We have some good cars here but hers is mint. As was her gun handling. Nice one Wendy. You sure you haven’t shot before? 😜

Ok everyone, we have been open a little while now - long enough to have some brilliant stories to tell you already. Next week ie tomorrow we will be doing a lot more filming - I've got a few people to introduce you to. As you know we wanted to start a new community here in Lincoln and we have certainly achieved that. Everyone who has been so far has given great feedback and as of tomorrow I will be getting in touch with people. We really are lucky to have such a stunning corner of this world and Mike and I look forward to sharing more of it with you all.
If you haven't yet been and are thinking about it - please come do along. Am already feeling way more conscious of this weather not lasting forever but certainly 2026 is a summer to remember.
Your words and encouragement have brought us so far and your support and attendance at the ground is bringing us further. We are delighted to be able to offer such great facilities and service at a good price and even more delighted that so many of you who haven't shot before have come to have a go and returned. Scores are increasing, more people are applying for their license each week and the enquiries keep coming.
In particular I'm impressed with the variety of visitors - a high amount of women coming and trying their hand, people who used to shoot returning to sport they loved, strong competitive shots coming for affordable local practice and those who come and see what its all about - have a go and get hooked!
