WELCOME COACH CHARLIE!

We’re excited to welcome Charlie to the BH Performance team as a casual coach. Charlie will be supporting our academy days while also offering 1:1 coaching during the school holidays.

Bringing experience from a professional playing environment, Charlie has spent the past year learning the BH Performance coaching philosophy and developing his coaching skills alongside our team. He is now ready to deliver his own sessions, helping players improve their confidence, technique, and overall performance.

We’re delighted to have Charlie on board and can’t wait for our players to learn from him. Welcome to the team, Charlie!

The best is yet to come… ⚽️❤️

As we near the end of our second season in our very own indoor venue, I’ve been reflecting on just how far we’ve come.

From coaching sessions in Spain alongside professional players, both on the pitch and on the beach… to running socially distanced sessions during lockdown in random parks across Lincolnshire… to now having a venue we can truly call our own.

Bringing Ben and Alex on board has taken us from strength to strength and I couldn’t be prouder of them for their hard work, personal development and who they are as people ❤️

It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re continuing to improve our facility all the time. We’ve got some exciting plans for the summer that will help us keep pushing our players to reach their full potential.

None of this would have been possible without the amazing support from our players and families. On behalf of myself and the whole team, thank you to everyone who has attended sessions this year and been part of our journey.

We’ve come a long way, but we’re only just getting started.

Player Spotlight - Bonnie 💡

Bonnie has trained with Brad at BH Performance Academy for the past four years, consistently showing incredible dedication, hard work, and a fantastic attitude. Week in, week out, she delivers in every aspect of her game and continues to set the standard both on and off the pitch.

Her commitment has been rewarded with retention at Lincoln City Academy for the 2026/27 season, having been part of the academy since the U9s.

Bonnie also enjoyed an outstanding season with Bardney Panthers:

Bardney Panthers U12 Girls - Went unbeaten to win the LWGFL Central League.

Bardney Panthers U11s - Helped the team earn promotion to the A League and finish as runners-up in the Mid Lincs U11 Trophy.

Bonnie received the Sportsmanship Award for her Sunday team, with her coach describing her perfectly:

“Bonnie plays football as football should be played.”

She was also named Trainer of the Year at BH Performance Academy, a reflection of the effort and commitment she brings to every session.

Bonnie is a player you can always rely on. She listens, works hard, leads by example, and is an absolute pleasure to coach. Her attitude, consistency, and willingness to improve make her a fantastic role model for others.
