Accept people as they are, but place them where they belong. Always remember you are the ceo of your life.
Acceptance frees you from trying to change anyone. Boundaries protect your peace. Not everyone earns the same access, the same closeness, or the same seat at your table, and that's not cruelty, it's self respect. š«¶

The biggest skill you can develop is the ability to reset fast.
- Bad conversation? Move on.
- Bad day? Start fresh tomorrow.
- Missed workout? Hit it the next day.
- Poor decision? Learn and adjust.
You can't control what happens to you, but you control how long you let it affect you.

You Don't Need More People. You Need Better People.
One of the hardest lessons I've learned is that not everyone deserves a front-row seat in your life.
Some people will cheer for you when you're struggling but become uncomfortable when you're succeeding.
Some people will support your dreams as long as those dreams don't become bigger than their own.
Some people will constantly point out what's wrong, what could fail, and why you shouldn't try.
And if you're not careful, you'll spend more time managing their negativity than pursuing your goals.
The people you surround yourself with matter.
They influence your thoughts, your confidence, your energy, and ultimately your results.
That doesn't mean everyone in your life has to agree with you. It doesn't mean you need a circle of people who tell you you're perfect.
It means you need people who challenge you to grow, encourage you when things get tough, and genuinely want to see you succeed.
As I've gotten older, I've realized that protecting my peace isn't selfish.
It's necessary.
Not everyone needs access to you.
Not everyone needs an explanation.
Not everyone is meant to come with you into the next chapter.
Sometimes growth looks like setting boundaries.
Sometimes growth looks like walking away.
And sometimes growth looks like quietly removing the people who drain your energy so you can focus on becoming the person you're meant to be.
Life is too short to spend it carrying the weight of other people's negativity.
Choose your circle carefully.
The right people will make you better.
The wrong people will make you smaller.
Protect your energy. Protect your goals. Protect your future. ā¤ļø
