When I started my coaching and mentoring practice, I was open to the idea that people would find me based on their needs at the time, and that my business would respond and be formed by those individuals. Much of my career has been as a senior leader and it's been insightful to coach and mentor other leaders as they navigate the highs and lows of the leadership journey.
Lately, my client base has expanded into the fascinating world of neurodiversity coaching and I have recently completed a neuro diversity awareness programme to ensure that I can meet my clients needs during our sessions.
This is a very different style of coaching and can have a deep and profound effect upon individuals as they strive to achieve their personal and professional goals in their own unique way.
Funding is available for individuals through employment and self employment and the impact of the right type of support from an experienced and qualified coach and mentor can be truly transformational.

It's been a hectic few weeks in my world as I strive to establish my business, support my clients, and be a mother, daughter, wife and friend. I have felt renewed energy from the lighter nights and sunny days and I can sense the rhythm of nature working it's magic as we venture further into the spring.
Ill be using this energy during my outdoor coaching sessions as I support my clients to step into the unknown, protected and supported by the nature around us.
If you are curious about the benefits of outdoor coaching , please get in touch for a friendly chat.

Where do you go to think clearly ?

Preparation for yesterday’s outdoor coaching session began at one of my favourite benches.

The view is incredible, yet it’s tucked away from the main path — a little secret resting place.

I’ve found a few benches along the way, but this one has that certain Je ne sais quoi.

Sitting in stillness, gathering my thoughts and arriving fully present for my clients is one of the most important parts of coaching for me.

They deserve the very best version of me during our time together — focused, engaged and truly listening.

If you’re looking for coaching that puts you firmly at the heart of the session, creating space for meaningful progress, I’d love to arrange an initial conversation.

And I might even share the secret bench location with you!

Let there be light.

This year has begun a little differently for me, after choosing to embrace everything January had to offer.

I intentionally slowed the pace — taking time to reflect, rest, and listen more closely to my mind and body. The darker, quieter weeks created space for clearer thinking and a more intentional sense of direction.

I spent much of that time outdoors, exploring nature as both a place to reset and a powerful setting for coaching. Being outside continues to reinforce what I see in my work: when we change our environment, we often change the quality of our thinking.

Now February is here, the days are already growing longer and brighter, and there are small signs everywhere of new beginnings pushing through.

I’m feeling positive about what lies ahead and looking forward to sharing more about the benefits of outdoor coaching as the year unfolds.

When I first started out as a leader I quickly learned that nothing stayed the same for long and that I was constantly shifting and moving to adapt to external forces .
Factors such as fluctuating market conditions, legislative changes and advancements in technology have a direct influence on the people in our teams. Understanding this interconnectivity and being prepared enables us as leaders to adapt and take advantage of the opportunities being presented.
Change is constant yet it can be one of the most challenging aspects of leadership as it can lead to feelings of fear and uncertainty .
However , with the right approach we can use those feelings to build resilience and to achieve some of our greatest successes.
Working in partnership with a coach and mentor can provide you with the skills to handle uncertainty and to lead your team through the inevitable storms it brings. Outdoor coaching sessions provide you with the opportunity to be exposed to :

🌳Constant changes in the way ahead
šŸ„Facing uncertainty at every corner
