‼️Tuesday night Randori / Refereeing Night at Ichiban‼️
Junior Aikido 6:30PM-7:30PM
Adult Aikido (Randori / Reffing) 7:30PM-10:00PM

Tonight is our final Randori / Refereeing night before the World Championships in Poland. This is a great session for active competitors who are fighting in Tanto Avoidance or Randori to get real experience in a simulated environment and for those who are head refereeing, side ref- or score/time keepers at any upcoming competitions this year!

The temperature in the dojo may still be higher than usual so it is important to bring plenty of water with you today for the training session! Parents / Guardians please make sure you send your Junior Aikidoka WITH WATER to the session! Not sending your junior with water can put them at high risk of dehydration and overheating!
